Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Mammouth, our AI aggregator service. Please read our refund policy carefully before using our services.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
Under EU law, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase. However, by starting to use Mammouth, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of our digital service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has begun. This is due to the consumable nature of our service: each interaction with Mammouth consumes API tokens purchased from third-party AI providers on your behalf, incurring immediate, non-recoverable costs.
No Refunds After Service Commencement
As API tokens are consumed in real time with each use, no refunds will be issued once you have started using Mammouth. By accessing or using the service, you acknowledge that the service is considered delivered and consumed, and you waive your right to a refund except as outlined below.
Nature of the Service & AI Limitations
Mammouth is an aggregator platform providing access to multiple third-party AI models. All users access the same platform and benefit from the same level of service. By using Mammouth, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:
The AI models accessible through our platform may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading responses (commonly known as "hallucinations"). Mammouth acts solely as an intermediary and bears no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or reliability of any AI-generated response. You agree not to hold Mammouth liable for any decision made or action taken based on the output of any AI model available through the platform.
Defective or Non-Conforming Services
If the platform itself is defective, unavailable, or otherwise fails to function as described, you are entitled to request a remedy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please contact our support team with a detailed description of the issue, and we will address your request promptly.
Note: poor or unexpected AI responses do not constitute a service defect, as these are inherent to the nature of AI technology and fall outside Mammouth's responsibility.
